This License Agreement (“Agreement” is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Align & Bloom regarding the use of digital templates (“Templates”) provided by Align & Bloom ("we," "our," "us") at www.alignandbloom.co (“Website”).

By purchasing, accessing or using our Templates, you agree to comply with this License Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Align & Bloom grants the User a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Templates for a singular personal or business purpose. You are not permitted to use our product on multiple websites if you have multiple businesses or personal uses, as each purchase is for a singular license.

Any violation of this clause shall result in an immediate termination of your license to use the product and a fee equal to the cost of an approximate estimate of additional license(s) violated without authorisation in addition to any legal fees or other applicable fees.

The Templates may not be resold, redistributed, or sub-licensed.

2. Restrictions

• You may not resell, share, copy or redistribute the Templates, either in original or modified form.

• You may not claim the Templates as your own work.

• You may not use the Templates for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

3. Ownership

All Templates are and remain the property of Align & Bloom. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.

4. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. If you breach any of the terms of this Agreement, your license to use the Templates will automatically terminate.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Align & Bloom be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Templates.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
